Tate Diversified supplies used dust collectors for woodworking, metalworking, pharmaceutical, food processing, and general manufacturing applications. We carry baghouse collectors, cartridge collectors, and cyclone separators from leading manufacturers including Donaldson Torit, Farr, and Camfil. All units are inspected and available in various CFM ratings.
Types of Dust Collectors
Baghouse Collectors
Use fabric filter bags to capture dust particles from the airstream. Available in shaker, reverse-air, and pulse-jet cleaning styles. High efficiency for fine dust. Ideal for large-volume applications in manufacturing and processing plants.
Cartridge Collectors
Compact design using pleated filter cartridges for high filtration area in a small footprint. Pulse-jet cleaning for continuous operation. Popular for welding fume, plasma cutting, laser cutting, and pharmaceutical dust.
Cyclone Collectors
Use centrifugal force to separate heavy particles from the airstream. No filter media required. Low maintenance and effective for coarse dust, chips, and shavings. Often used as a pre-separator before baghouse or cartridge collectors.
Brands We Carry
